Entrepreneur, fashion icon, expert & designer, author, and speaker, the dynamic Donnette Lyttle dubbed Queen from Queens has had a lifelong career and passion for fashion. This creative soul has enjoyed working as a designer and fashion industry professional for the past twenty years, spending the latter ten years at Ralph Lauren.
God blessed Donnette with a beautiful baby girl shortly after graduating from FIT. This precious gift inspired her to start a children’s wear line, Little by Lyttle, for which her daughter was the muse. Little by Lyttle was the first children’s wear collection to be featured in Earnshaw’s and Vogue Bambini as an African American designed line. Catching the eye of many others, Little by Lyttle was also featured in the Circle of Sisters and Harlem Week.
As a triple threat, Donnette is also at the top of her game in world of beauty. As a world-renowned Cosmetologist, she began servicing clients at Hair Styling By Joseph in the heart of Midtown, New York City. Under the direction and through the grace of God, she has recently opened her own space, Love Conquers All Unisex Salon located in Ocean Hill, Brooklyn. This community-centered, black owned salon is designed to love on all visitors and showcase many forms of art expression. Donnette has no plans on stopping, so you might as well get on board!
